Course summary
Often transactions have issues that can be resolved through communication when all parties (or at least one party) understand what need is not being met. Being fluent in the various communication types, styles and modes, the people you work with will feel more listened to and understood. This then opens the door for clearer, more productive conversations, happier customers, and improved business relationships.
Learning objectives
- Define styles of communication to enhance the clients and public’s
understanding of their fiduciary duties. - Identify types of communication that are best for each individual needs.
- Illustrate ways to adapt their communication techniques to their clients and otherprofessionals.
- Differentiate when being bullied or when the person is uncertain and unsure of a real estate decision. And why that is important to know the difference.
- Develop habits to be effective and consistent with their communication.
- Differentiate different negotiation tactics to best serve their client and to be about to explain to their client the reason behind the strategy.
