My Story
Life has always taught me that change is not something to fear, but something that helps us grow. My own journey has been shaped by transformation. I began as a stay at home mom, focused on raising my children and creating a nurturing home. As life shifted, I was called to step into independence, rebuild my career, and rediscover my own sense of purpose. That path led me to real estate.
What started as a way to provide for my family quickly became a passion. Real estate is never just about the house. It is about people finding their place in the world, creating stability, and building a life they love. That belief inspired me to open HHC Realty, where Heart, Home and Community guide every decision I make. Every client is more than a transaction. They are part of a journey.
As my business grew, I began to recognize that the way I was working had a pattern, one rooted in service, trust, and relationship-building. That became the foundation of what I now call the Serve, Don’t Sell™ approach, a framework I use in my real estate, education, and business development work.
Over the years, I have expanded my work beyond real estate. As an educator, speaker, and mentor, I help agents, entrepreneurs, and community members embrace change, grow with confidence, and create opportunities for themselves through this service-based approach. Through teaching, my podcast Ever Changing and Evolving, and my work in the community, I continue to build connections that make a lasting impact.
Today, I am proud to call Baldwinsville home. Here, surrounded by the river and the people I love, I spend my days helping families make one of the biggest decisions of their lives and guiding professionals to build stronger, more relationship driven businesses. Heart, Home and Community is not just a tagline. It is the story of how I rebuilt my own life and the promise I bring to everyone I work with.
