SHELLEY HOFFMAN

A quick introduction about myself would be to say I am a NYS Real Estate Broker/Owner and a real estate instructor approved by NY Department of State. I am proud to have both of those titles to my name. They have given me confidence to try new things in my life.


However, as I am asked to write about myself, I realize I am so much more than those titles. Through my real estate career and being a mom, I discovered more about who I am. I am a business owner and volunteer in various local organizations. As founder of my company Heart, Home, and Community (HHC), I offer a platform for business owners to promote themselves and a resource for community leaders to broadcast updates on the areas they serve. The connections I have made through HHC are invaluable. I learn every day from the people I surround myself with.


Personal growth and development are important to me as well. I continuously take courses and seminars to sharpen my teaching skills and knowledge but mostly to continue my growth as an individual. I’ve embraced the mantra “Security is found in the change we resist”. I encourage my children and my friends to go out into the world, take chances and embrace change. When they fall down to just get back up and keep moving forward. To continue to change, evolve and most importantly, live! I strive to continue to live life to the fullest. I have little fear of change and am willing to put myself out there to take full advantage of the life we are given.

COMMUNITY

Heart Home and Community is a platform for community networking and education. Born out of a deep appreciation and love for the vibrant Baldwinsville community, HHC hopes to bring local businesses and community members together.


I enjoy sharing how being an active part of the community will enhance not only your business but expand your personal growth and development. There’s so much to be gained with a “we” approach instead of the “I” approach.

I've always considered myself fortunate to have the opportunity to meet and learn from people in my roles as a Real Estate Broker at 315 Realty Partners and a Community Connector with Heart Home & Community. Designed to give the participates the knowledge and tools to identify types and styles of communication to better equipt them to serve the needs of their clients, customers, professionals and the general public. Often transactions have issues that can be resolved through communication when all parties or at least one part can understand what need is not being met.

WHAT DOES THE PUBLIC THINK? RISK MANAGEMENT TO KEEP YOUR LICENSE

What does the Public Think series is to help real estate professionals understand the State License Law from the NY Department of State along with the NAR Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice in their business procedures and processes in an online world. Courses can be taught individually or together. Currently CE credit is for 3.5 hours of the combined agency and code of ethics course.

315 Realty Partners in Baldwinsville, NY is the brokerage where I am actively engaged in the real estate market. My goal in working with my clients is to simplify and educate individuals through the process of buying and selling property. I pride myself on staying current on market conditions and keeping up with industry standards.
